Ivan Zhang

Investment Team

Ivan joined Oxenwood in September 2026 as part of the Investment team, focusing on the origination, underwriting and execution of real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe. He brings experiences across acquisitions, transaction execution and portfolio management across a range of real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Oxenwood, Ivan worked at JD Property, where he focused on UK and European logistics investments and contributed to the build-out of its European platform. He has been involved in more than £1.2 billion of real estate transactions across the UK, Europe and China.

Ivan is a CFA charterholder and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
