Oxenwood Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful letting of a newly refurbished 333,565 sq ft logistics facility at Trafford Park, Manchester, to OHS, a leading UK online retailer of homewares products. The transaction represents one of the most significant industrial lettings in the North West this year.

Trafford Park is the UK’s largest industrial estate and one of Europe’s most established logistics and manufacturing hubs, strategically located adjacent to the M60 motorway and offering direct access to the national motorway network. The estate benefits from proximity to Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, and the Port of Liverpool, making it an ideal base for nationwide distribution operations.

The facility provides OHS with substantial warehousing and distribution capacity to support the continued growth of its e-commerce operations, enabling faster fulfilment and improved service levels to customers across the UK.
