BDM Logistics and Management leases 146,000 sq ft at Power Park Nottingham

Unit 1 at Power Park, a 146,321 sq.ft warehouse and administrative headquarters, is part of a six-unit development totaling over 426,000 sq.ft of premium warehouse space. The new facility will complement BDM Logistics and Management’s existing operations in East London, providing additional capacity for storage and distribution.

BDM chose Power Park for its high-quality design, strategic location, and the detached nature of the site. It is ideally situated close to both the M1 motorway and the rail network at Nottingham City Centre.

Stewart Little, CEO of Oxenwood, commented: “BDM is a well-established UK occupier, and with this new location, they are primed for sustained growth and success. The addition of this logistics-focused tenant further elevates Power Park’s tenant profile, which already includes companies such as Midland Fixings Ltd, Kast Concrete Basins Ltd, and Skillnet Ltd. The development boasts robust ESG credentials, exceptional access to Nottingham, seamless connectivity to the M1 motorway, and a 6 MVA power supply across the site.”

Charles Kessler, Chairman of BDM said “ We are delighted to be opening a new facility at Power Park. This marks a significant growth in our business, and enables us to provide outstanding logistics services to our UK and Global brand partners. We look forward to building on the strengths of Power Park, its excellent location in the heart of the UK and to seeing the region go from strength to strength.”

The joint letting agents for Power Park, M1 Agency, Savills, and CPP, noted: “The market has seen genuine momentum since the start of 2025, exemplified by this deal, which represents one of the largest warehouse lettings in Nottingham in recent years. It underscores the growing demand for high-quality, well-connected warehousing and highlights occupier needs to be close to city centers for access to a skilled workforce. With ongoing interest in the two remaining units of 44,000 sq.ft and 70,000 sq.ft, we are confident in the continued success of Power Park.”
