We invest from our balance sheet and in joint venture investment programmes in a range of real estate asset classes in the UK and Europe so as to have the flexibility to deploy capital on a “right time, right place” basis. Presently our focus is on logistics real estate.
Our approach seeks to establish portfolios which generate a high-quality, distributable income stream supplemented with capital upside delivered through occupier-led asset management initiatives and development.
