William joined Oxenwood in July 2023 as Head of Finance, with 11 years of Real Estate Finance experience, with ample sector specific understanding of both Logistics and Development, having spent nearly two years at Bridge as Finance Director, and 5 years at Tritax where he was Fund Controller of Tritax’s Big Box REIT. William began his career with BDO where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (“ICAEW”).
